Dual Enrollment Class - Applications Available Now! | Castro Valley High School

Pre-Calculus

For those students enrolled in the Pre-Calculus course at Shanksville-Stonycreek High School, there is dual enrollment credit available through St. Francis.  The cost of the course is $65.00 per credit.

Anatomy & Physiology, Advanced Chemistry, & Calculus

For Students enrolled in Anatomy, Chemistry, or Calculus  at Shanksville there is dual enrollment credit through Mt. Aloysius College.  The cost of the course is $72.00 per credit.

Psychology, Sociology, English, and Western Civilization

 Students may also enroll in Psychology, Sociology, English, and Western Civilization for dual enrollment credit through Allegany College of Maryland.  These courses are offered on a rotating schedule and are currently free for students. 

 

Once the courses are complete and grades have been submitted to the college by your instructor or guidance counselor, a transcript may be obtained from each colleges' respective website.  You may choose “hold for final grades” when the option arrives. Turnaround time for final transcripts takes approximately two to three weeks after completion of the course.
