JW Pepper
JWP mostly sells music though you can find some band accessories as well. JW Pepper tends to have reasonable prices and ships in a timely manner so long as the product is in stock.

Progressive Music
Progressive Music, like Volkweins, will drop off anything you order at the school. The shop is located in McKeesport and also does repairs and rentals. If your child needs a repair done on his or her instrument, a representative will pick it up at the school, take it to the repair shop, quote you the cost to fix it and with your approval, will repair it in a timely fashion. Once the instrument is fixed, they will return it to the school and either bill the school or you depending on who owns the instrument.

Volkweins
Volkweins, located in Pittsburgh, has all that your child may need to participate in band. Anything you would like to order from Volkweins can be delivered to the school though due to the distance, it sometimes takes several week to arrive.
