Step 1: Fill out the proposal by clicking on this link:

Step 2: Read objectives and timeline.
Step 3: Fill in your name and a brief description of TWO possible
post-secondary schools and be sure to include why you
chose each school.
Step 4: PRINT One copy
Step 5: Get signatures. You must have parent, student, and facilitator
signatures by the end of February.
Step 6: Place a copy in office mailbox.
***Proposals must be typed and CANNOT be changed without
permission from facilitator and amendment sheet attached.
